you can improve your strength and flexibility by adding to your exercise routines by 20 minutes a day. Start small and slowly build up gradually, dont shoot for more.

Mix and match exercies daily, do not follow a pattern, give time for your muscles to relax with plenty of sleep and rest.

When you build strong muscles, you are strengthening your bones.
