Back injury that no Doctor could Diagnose. Please Help.

I have a debilitating injury that occurred from a fall. It's been 13 years and the injury keeps getting worse. I've seen too many doctors and and no one could find out what's wrong. They say it's psychological, but I know it's not because I've taken all the medications they'd offered and still no results.
I fell from about 20 feet onto hard ice when I was 18yo from snowboarding. I was in the air horizontally face up. As I didn't want to fall on my back flat, I braced for impact with my right elbow... My shoulder should have fallen out or a bone broken, but it didn't. Since nothing broke I didn't go to the hospital and ever since, it's been getting worse.
I've been doing my own research and I feel like I might have some type of fracture or ligament tear in the costovertebral joint somewhere in my thoracic spine. My guess is around section T3-T5. I really need help.. I'm almost suicidal. I cant function, think, or breath. The pain indescribable, it feels like a big blob of pain in whole spine. I've gotten MRI's XRays.
Does anyone know of any methods, or doctors, or just anything that might help?
Thanks,
Danny
